In the beautifully decorated Kennedy Hall of the Irish Centre Camden, sixty five people sat down to enjoy a lunch and music, as part of the Council of Irish Counties "Feile an Nollaig".

People from Mind Yourself, Haringey Irish  Centre and Camden's Day Centre joined officers and members of CICA London for the afternoon, which began with some wonderful traditional Irish festive music from Eilish Byrne and Feith an Cheoil. Afterwards, the meal of traditional Christmas fayre was served. All the catering was overseen by Maria Connolly of the Day Centre, helped by Treacy and Tess McGuire of The CICA.

After the meal Feith an Cheoil were back on stage and we even had a few from the floor coming up to perform a song or a dance. Great stuff! The afternoon ended with a raffle with some great prizes, especially a hamper donated by O'Kane Irish Foods.

The CICA are so grateful to all those that helped in any way, those who donated raffle prizes and to The Emigrant Support Programme of the Irish Government for their help.
